Lee Ann Graham first arrived in the Sandhills as a young, nationally ranked amateur equestrian who was intent on fulfilling a dream of training horses. “I started coming here to train horses when I was 18,” she reminisces. “I was just a freshman in college – and knew one day that I would move here with my husband to raise our kids. 

All of that has come true.” She adds, “I have been actively involved in this community for 30 years. I feel much more connected to Moore County than Orlando where I grew up. I don’t want to live anywhere else.” Helping others who desire to call Moore County home is indeed a passion for Lee Ann. She has established herself as a top-producing Realtor, notably with Coldwell Banker Advantage. The Southern Pines office is part of a group ranked #1 among Coldwell Banker franchises in North America. In particular, Lee Ann has earned a trio of certifications for her expertise in the luxury market, including Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury Designation. “I am very analytical and study the market daily,” she says. “I’ve assisted a variety of buyers and sellers, but the majority have been luxury homes or estates, retirement homes, second homes, relocation … and horse farms.” 

Prior to real estate, Lee Ann excelled in the financial services field. Part of that experience included working as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst for Wachovia Bank. Lee Ann met her future husband in 1995 while they were students at Wake Forest University. They are the proud parents of two sons (and “the smallest rescue beagle,” named Sydney). 

Staying involved in her community is important to Lee Ann. She’s active in a variety of charity work through Coldwell Banker and the Mid Carolina Regional Association of Realtors, including volunteering at a Sandhills Branch of the Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels. She also performs in the choir of her longtime church, Community Presbyterian. When asked to describe herself in five words, Lee Ann doesn’t hesitate: “Honest, passionate, hard-working, organized, A+ communicator.”
