Frank and Tracy are your “Dynamic Duo” for all things real estate across North Carolina. With a hands-on, passionate approach, they have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in communities throughout the region. They are known for their responsive communication, sharp market insight, and personal investment in each client’s success.

Frank entered real estate after more than 21 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, where he specialized in intelligence analysis, counterintelligence, and operational risk management. He later worked as a cleared defense contractor, designing and delivering advanced counterintelligence training.

Tracy, a military veteran with over 8 years of service, also brings the invaluable perspective of a military spouse. She has a deep understanding of the stress and uncertainty that often comes with relocation.

Tracy began her real estate career in 2014 while Frank was still on active duty. After retiring from the U.S Army in 2018, Frank transitioned into real estate, drawing on his background in investigative operations to help clients navigate complex transactions with confidence. Together, they maintain an operational mindset and work tirelessly in the best interests of their clients.

Having gone through multiple military PCS moves themselves, Frank and Tracy know firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges involved. That lived experience fuels their empathy and informs the high level of care they provide to every military family they assist.

Based in Vass for the past 15 years, having been PCS’d there by the U.S. Army in 2010, they now live just 25 minutes from Fort Bragg. They apply military precision, strategic thinking, and local market expertise to every deal.

Their specialties include Vass, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Carthage, Aberdeen, Fayetteville, Raeford, Sanford, and Cameron, as well as markets across Moore, Harnett, Hoke, Cumberland, Lee, and surrounding counties. Frank and Tracy have experience assisting clients in all of these unique areas.

About Frank Murphy

Hello! My name is Frank Murphy, and I am a REALTOR® and certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP®) with eXp Realty.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I retired from the U.S Army after over 21 years of service. I live in Vass, North Carolina (approx 25 min from Fort Bragg, NC) and love it here! However, from my time in the military, I have extensive knowledge of Fort Bragg, NC (to include all surrounding areas) and Northern Virginia. 

I am trained in intelligence analysis, gathering information, counterintelligence, and providing expert advice to leaders.
