Sandra is ecstatic to finally build her own Real estate business and dreams of leaving an amazing legacy. She is a proud mother to Jamison, who serves in the US Navy and to Kendall who enjoys working for an underground utility installation company. Her husband William Tilley is a native and home builder. They enjoy life with their fur babies and farm animals on their pine straw farm in Carthage. In her free time she enjoys all things outdoors and is interested in holistic medicine. She looks forward to adding more travel to her life and is planning a cross country train ride this summer.

Sandra Rochelle Tilley’s career dream of becoming a NC Realtor came full circle this year when she joined the Keller Williams Pinehurst team. She started working at Trace Properties in her hometown of Sanford, NC while attending high school. Although she did not succeed at getting licensed at a young age, she was in love with the business for several years in an administrative role. Still drawn to the commission based pay structure and her attraction to automobiles, Sandra tried her hand in the car business. And guess what? She excelled and swiftly worked her way into an Inventory manager position with Central Carolina Nissan managing floor plans in three locations including New Bern. She was able to clean up the used car inventory and achieved a 90 day turn before realizing the long hours were taking a toll on her young family. 

Throughout her childhood Moore County was a destination for food and shopping. Which is what brought her here to work in hospitality in 2005. Sandra made memories with The Pine Crest Inn and worked during the 2014 US Open and felt she’d reached the pinnacle of her career crafting cocktails with Ironwood. This was when Sandra decided she wanted to contribute to her community in a different way and took on a position with Overton Body shop serving as the face of the company and Master Scheduler. She was with the family company until their acquisition last year.

Approaching midlife, Sandra’s attraction to the Real Estate industry only grew stronger as she inventoried the broad range of skills she had mastered over her lifetime of blazing a trail back to her dream.
