Affiliate Business Partner membership is non-transferrable to another individual. By submitting this application , I agree to abide by the MCRAR the MCRAR Affiliate Partner Code of Professional Conduct. I consent that the REALTOR' Associations (local; state, national) and their subsidiaries, if any, may contact me at the specified address, telephone, email address or other means of communication available.

This consent applies to changes in contact information that may be provided by me to the Association in the future. This consent recognizes that certain state, federal laws may place limitations on communication that I am waiving to receive all communications as part of my membership. I agree to pay the established dues in accordance with the policies of MCRAR. Payment to the Association are not deductible as charitable contributions. Such payments may, however, be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. There will be no refunds.

Affiliate Partner Code of Professional Conduct:
As an Affiliate Partner of the Mid Carolina Association of REALTORS®, I will abide by the AFFILIATE PARTNER CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT and the CODE OF ETHICS outlined by the National Association of REALTORS®.

As an Affiliate Partner, I will strive to the best of my abilities to demonstrate professionalism and conduct business with the standards of practice in the field in which I engage to better serve my clients and the REALTOR® community.

As an Affiliate Partner, I will encourage comradery within the Association and will not disparage, disrespect, take advantage of, or make false or misleading statements of fellow Affiliate members.

As an Affiliate Partner, I will never distribute or falsely advertise misleading information of my products or services. 

As an Affiliate Partner, I will seek to rectify any problems or disagreements with other Association members through an appropriate mediator within the Association as to continue my good standing and integrity within the Association and the public.

Membership Benefits: 

A. Ability to sponsor the listed opportunities.

C. Preferred use of the Affiliate’s services by the association.

D. Use of large conference room for Lunch and Learns or other training events for the MCRAR members. $50.00 Administrative Fee

E. Ability to teach or host a Thinking Thursday (subject to scheduling).

F. Recognition of those in attendance at all luncheons.

G. Each individual affiliate member can attend all quarterly luncheons at no charge.

H. Each individual affiliate member can attend the installation luncheon at no charge.

I. Inclusion on the MCRAR website.

J. Affiliate space in main office with a location for business cards to be displayed.

K. Affiliate Directory in affiliate space with members listed by business.

L. List of affiliates in new membership orientation books

A. New Member Orientation

$350.00 (6)opportunities per year.

This covers the cost of the lunch for the New Member Orientation and allows the sponsor 5 minutes prior to the lunch break to address the group.

B. Quarterly Luncheons

(3) opportunities per year

1) Table $250.00 (maximum of 4 tables at anyone luncheon. first come first served.) sponsor is allotted 1 additional guest to attend .

2) Table and lunch sponsorship $3000.00. Tents cards on each table to acknowledge sponsor. Allows for one table set up and recognition at the luncheon with 3-5 minutes to address the group lunch sponsor will be listed on advance notices of the luncheon.. Only one per luncheon allowed .

3) AV Equipment Sponsor (at venues that have an extra AV charge ). Price is per event and pricing may vary per event.

C. Installation Luncheon:

One sponsor in each category accepted

Dessert Sponsor- $1000.00

Awards Sponsor- $1100.00

AV Equipment– Price varies by venue; To be acknowledged in the program and opening remarks.

D. Continuing Education

1. AV equipment cost $ priced per event

2. Lunch Break $3000.00

3. Afternoon Break $1000.00

4.Beverages (coffee, tea) $1000.00

Signage recognition on tables for food items and verbal acknowledgement at the start of the class. There are 4 classes, the class sponsored will give the sponsor a total of 5 minutes at the beginning of the class. Maximum 2 speakers each class, beginning of class.
